Austin Anderson Joins Gro Alliance as Warehouse, Distribution, and Site Labor Lead in Cuba City
Gro Alliance announces the hiring of Austin Anderson to the new position of warehouse, distribution, and site labor lead at the Cuba City, WI location.
Austin brings extensive seed production and warehouse experience from his previous stops at Bayer and Syngenta. He gained expertise in lean manufacturing and labor efficiency from his time at Rivian. Austin has experience with stewarded and regulated seed production as well.
Austin will support Gro Alliance’s expanded rework, distribution, and logistical activities across multiple crops, including corn, soybeans, hybrid rye, alfalfa, plot seed, and more.

Austin and his wife, Ellen, have relocated to Dubuque, IA from Bloomington, IL. They have one daughter with their second child on the way. They enjoy hiking, camping, and attending local art and music events.
He earned a bachelor’s degree in agriculture science from Western Illinois University and grew up Oregon, IL.
